Request for Expressions of Interest for Consultancy Services (NGOs)
The Government of Kenya has applied for financing from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of a four-year Kenya Youth Empowerment Project (KYEP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to engage a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) to provide Social Audit consultancy services for the project. The KYEP has three components and will be implemented by the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MoYAS) respectively.
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF KENYA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
The Kenya Youth Empowerment Program (KYEP) is proposed to be implemented by the Government of Kenya, Office of the Prime Minister under a proposed World Bank Financing. During the preparation of the program proposal a report on Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) has been prepared.
